"Everyone knows the traditional ways to use rubber stamps, to make greeting cards, scrap booking pages, and 3D items. Today I'm going to show you little bit of ways to use it, kind of outside of the box, ways to decorate with using rubber stamps. I'm Janet Casto, your independent demonstrator with Stampin Up. Here's one of the things I like to do, and that's stamp on fabric. When you stamp on fabric, you want to have a smooth fabric, and you want to make sure you use your craft inks. But here's a cute little purse ready to go for the beach. Another thing you can do is stamping on tile. Here's two examples of the tile. This one I've stamped on with a background stamped, stamped my monogram. And I can use this one in the kitchen, you could use it just as a decorative, up on a shelf, anything you like. Now this smaller one is a little coaster size. You can put some felt pads on the back, use these as coasters, you could use them in the bathroom, put a little soap on it, or something like that. And how I made this look is, once I've stamped it with my craft ink, I put some embossing powder on it, heat it in the oven for a few minutes, and you've got a beautiful decorative ceramic tile. Stampin Ups latest design is called, decor elements. And here's an example of one of them. These are vinyl rub ons. This is done on a floating frame. I do have a piece of paper behind it so you can see it. But this would make a great gift. I'm using this one as a house warming gift for a friend who's moving soon. So be sure to step out of the box, there's many ways you can use rubber stamps to decorate. I'm Janet Casto, your independent demonstrator with Stampin Up. And go through your home, and look for some place to stamp."
