Movie Star's Funniest Moment

"I can tell you some funny stories. I think I've got funny stories as a movie actor, geeze although some of them I can tell, no I can't tell that no, funny stories. Funny stories for me are usually kind of like R or X-rated stories. I'll tell you something funny that happened. We were on a sound stage and this particular actor and actress didn't like the director so the director has a console because we knew we were going to be on a sound stage for a week or so and they took a bag, a zip lock bag of sardines and they waited until everybody had left and they stapled the sardine bag. I mean there is a whole bag full of sardines under the director's console and after about the second day the director's console stunk so bad and you couldn't figure out where this stench was coming from and the director was getting nauseous and he couldn't stand by his console and he had monitors set up. It was created just for him by his specifications. This is where he wanted to be when he was watching everything so they got back at the director by stinking him out essentially which was kind of funny and he was complaining the whole time. He had Glade aerosols and strips and things like that and people would come up to him and go are you ready to shoot your master shot now, blah, blah, blah and he was like yea, yea, let's shoot it, let's shoot it, I wish I could find out where this stench is coming from. It's killing me, my God. He couldn't move, everything was hard wired in and nailed in so yea, it was a lot of fun to watch that go on. I didn't know about it until later either, like I didn't know what...people thought he had body odor to be frank. Some of the more funny things that a movie actor can expect are what you might see sometimes in the out takes at the end of a movie where actors flub their lines or they knock something over or break it. I remember the very first day on the set with another actor. He had to reach out of my desk and take a pencil out of this incredible, I was playing the Chief of Police, this police cruiser that had pencils in the top of it and it was ceramic. He had gotten so nervous that he was somehow talking to me and drug the pencil back not realizing it was still in the little ceramic thing, smash, all over the floor. So I mean there was not another one so we had to use another one and he felt so bad because you know, I had memorabilia on my wall from when I was a police officer and this kind of thing you know and anyway. So you can expect strange things to come out of your mouth when you are looking for a line. You can expect to say and do things that you would never do in your normal day and it's amazing."
