"You know one thing that's going to make your game look really cool, and spectacular is a 360 dunk. It's not something that you're probably going to need during the game, but it's something that can take your game to the next level, and if you're really looking for exposure, to make it to the NBA, or to college, this is something that can really do it. Hi, I'm Travis, and this is how you do that 360 dunk. What you want to do during 360 dunk is, it's a little different than a regular dunk because when you're doing a 360 dunk, you want to make sure that you turn your body once you get in the air. So, you step first--that's the same thing as any other dunk. You step first, and then you take off. And once you take off and raise that right foot, or if you're coming from the left side, step with the right and raise that left foot, you want to make sure that you spin, and keep in your mind exactly where that rim is, because you're not going to be able--you're going to for a split second, you're not going to see the rim. So, you take off, and you're in the air. You make sure you spin your body. Turn your torso and the rest of your body will come. Turn your torso, the rest of your body will follow, and then make sure you get the ball high enough--spot the rim, you want to spot the rim. It's just like dancing. You want to spot it. You spot it on the way up, spin, spot it on the way when you come back around, and once you spot that rim, put the ball over and dunk it through. There you have it, 360 dunking."
