"One important defense that you could also use in your arsenal is the full court press. Now, the full court press is going to primarily be used to prevent your, prevent that offense from getting, from getting scores and getting down the court faster than your defense can defend the basket. So, pretty much what you want to do is wherever there is an offensive man, you want to have in that vicinity, you want to have someone on the defense, Now, you have different variations, you have some coaches that choose to run it where everybody is face guarding, and that means you're responsible for your man, or woman, whoever you're guarding. You're responsible for that person, or they have it where full court press track, which is where anywhere anyone goes in the corners, you immediately attack and you get someone on them to double team, and that's the press. But, the press, the point of the press is pressure, pressure. And, when you have it where the offense is coming down and you have it, everyone is face guarding, you want to make sure which is really hard when you're doing that type of defense, you want to make sure you don't get any back doors, or any lobs or anything like that. You want to make sure everybody's guarded, everybody is guarding someone else. So, try that, see how it works. There you have it, full court press."
