"You know dunking is, is an art, it's a science. Hi, I'm Travis and this is how to dunk on a ten foot goal. Now dunking, it's much the same but dunking on a ten foot goal is a lot harder than dunking on a lower one. So to dunk on a ten foot goal, what you want to do is you want to work on your legs. So the way you work on your legs is you can do drills, you can get, you can do plyometrics which is resistance training on your legs and you want to constantly try to dunk, actually dunk and try to touch as high as you can on the backboard first before you can actually get above the rim, and if you can get above the rim your next step is to actually take and try to put the ball in. Now what you want to do is some people, what I like to, that I like to say helps is having someone throw you an alley-oop. So if you because if you have them throw that alley-oop all you got to focus on is putting the ball in. You don't have to focus on holding the ball, palming the ball; you don't have to focus on any of that. All you have to do is focus on putting the ball in and that's good practice, excellent practice for actually dunking on a ten foot goal. So you have them throw the ball up, throw it up right in front where you can grab it and you take off, grab the ball and put it down, put it down. Now at first you just want to put it down soft just make sure it goes it and then eventually when you start jumping higher, and getting more power behind it and more confident then you can start slamming it hard. There you have it, dunking on a ten foot goal."
