My name is Pete Bailey owner, operator of Skyline Thinning Company. Some of the ways that I've, I got started myself cause I got started from the very bottom and worked my way up from the bottom up to a management type job. Like foreman and then I end up getting into the starting out. With a real small operation and as a contract logger myself and I worked my way up. To where we're at now. I think that's a way a lot of people do. Some of them are some I know some of the companies they have their, they work it up through their boys and whatnot. Usually some of them take over the company but I've got it set up now to where now I can help people get going. By giving them the foreman type job. We'll work into more of the more and more of the responsibility. Till they learn all the ins and outs of how to make it work and be profitable and then help them get set up in their own. In their own company. It's all hands on basically learn the operation from the ground up and I think there are the few guys that went through some forestry classes. Actually some of the stuff I do. I help, I've helped with Oregon State in some of their forestry programs. To actually teach some of the sales administrators that their administrating in some of the contracts that we're in.
