"My name is Kate James, I'm a Compounding Pharmacist in Eugene, Oregon at Broadway Apothecary. And my hardest day as a Pharmacist is actually when I worked retail. And being a Retail Pharmacist, often times you are dispensing controlled substance prescriptions. And often times you're the gatekeeper for those controlled substance prescriptions. And my hardest day was one of the days where somebody wasn't able to get the medication that they wanted and at the counter they became very angry, threw things, yelling, screaming, threatening, left the pharmacy, phone calls all afternoon threatening, basically having to notify the doctor, having to notify police and being scared to walk out to my car at night. So that would be my hardest day as a Pharmacist."
