"Staging your home for a quick sale can be a difficult thing to do. I'm Richard Blake in Clearwater Florida. I'm here to explain how to stage your home for a quick sale. The most important thing is that the home has curb appeal. When the potential buyer first pulls up to the house you want to make sure that that first impression is a good one. Make sure the yard is taken care of. Make sure the front of the house, if you have a front porch is tidy. Make sure everything is very clean. Second thing is you want to make sure the entrance and the interior as a whole is very clean in the home. If you need to hire a professional maid service or a professional cleaning service and have them come out and do a deep cleansing of the home. The third thing that you're going to want to do is remove all the clutter in the home. You may have accumulated many items over the years that don't really need to be in the home any longer. That have just been there simply because you know, it may mean something to you or it's memorabilia, but the potential buyers coming through the home it doesn't mean anything to them. What's going to be most important is that we remove those items. We open up the house so it's light and bright and spacious and they can picture their own furniture being in the home. Make sure to remove all the kids toys, the pets, the pets toys, anything that we can put into a closet; put it into a closet. Get it out of the way. That will make your home show much better. OK. I'm Richard Blake. I hope those are a couple of good ideas for you to stage your home and get it ready to sell. Have a great day."
