"Flipping a house with a five thousand dollar budget can prove difficult. I'm Richard Blake in Clearwater, Florida and I'm here to explain to you how you can flip a house on a five thousand dollar budget. The first thing that you're going to want to do is make sure the home has good curb appeal. So tidy up the front yard make sure that the front has a fresh coat of paint on it, make sure that there are no gutters hanging loose from the roof or just any items that are going to make the home look sloppy when your potential buyer first pulls up. That's the first impression and it's really the most important impression of all is when they first arrive. Tidying up the walkways maybe adding some flowers and some color to the front door are all great ideas. As far as the interior of the home some very inexpensive things that you can do they are fresh paint. Fresh paint on the walls goes a long way, use the whatever colors are most popular at the time and in your local area as well as laminate flooring I believe has got to be a house flippers dream come true. It's finally affordable to put in new flooring when flipping a home. Usually laminate flooring won't cost you more that a dollar a square foot and it looks nice in the home and it's extremely durable. Any left over money you have from there concentrate on you bathrooms, and in your kitchen and also your going to want to go to the local thrift store or the flea markets and purchase some inexpensive furniture to showcase the home nicely so your potential buyer knows how much space is in the home and kind of picture where their furniture will fit. O.K, I'm Richard Blake, I hope that's a few good pointers for you on how to spend your five thousand dollars. You guys have a great day."
