"Finding a first time buyer's program for a home loan can be a difficult task. I'm Richard Blake, and I'm here to assist you in finding a first time buyers program for a home loan. Contact your local Real Estate Broker, they're going to put you in contact with a reputable Mortgage Broker in your area. This Mortgage Broker will be able to shop loans for you, based upon your specific circumstances, or your financial allowances. The Mortgage Broker is going to ask you for your annual income, as well as your monthly expenses, if you've had a credit report run recently, so on and so forth. All of these numbers and information are going to allow them to point you in the right direction of what loan programs are available to you. Now, there's very specific loan programs available to first time home buyers, that aren't available to other people. These loan programs change throughout time, and depending on the lender them self they could have higher or lower mortgage rates. FHA, which is a government loan, or a government backed loan is a great product for you to consider as well. You may want to ask your Mortgage Broker to explain the FHA mortgages that are available to first time home buyers, as well. Again, I recommend that you start your search with a local Real Estate Agent, ask them who they prefer you to work with as a first time home buyer, and whose got a good reputation. I'm Richard Blake, and that's a little bit about finding a first time buyers program for a home loan. I hope that's helped you out, you have a great day!"
