"Selling a house online can be tricky business. I'm Richard Blake and I'm here to explain to you how you can sell a house online. The first item that you want to have is a good digital camera. You want to take as many photos of the property as possible, and make sure that you put those properties online. Generally your real estate agent is going to take care of this for you, but if for whatever reason you're unsatisfied with the pictures that have been taken, do submit your own. The more pictures the better. Another great item to have online is virtual tours to market the property. A lot of home buyers are going to be out of state or out of the area, so this really allows them to get inside your home and look around without actually having to be there. Obviously someone who is looking for homes out of state, they may be looking at home for three or four months before they actually are ready to come to the area and purchase the property. So I can't express how important online photos are for marketing your property. Make sure that you have plenty of them I would say a minimum of ten as well as you want to just post them to as many websites as possible. Ask your real estate agent. See if they can get you on anywhere, you know, at least fifty, sixty websites at a minimal. And that will really help create some more exposure, the most exposure for your property. Okay. I'm Richard Blake I hope that helps you a little bit with how to sell your house online. You have a great evening."
