"The lifestyle we live today leads to problem such as carpal tunnel syndrome and arthritis, maybe even tendonitis, tennis elbow. One of the ways to combat these problems is to keep your hands, wrists and fingers healthy and stretch your forearms. One exercise is very simple that anybody can do and you can do it anywhere that can keep the blood flow coming to your wrists and fingers and keep your fingers and hands healthy and able to move is simply to spread your fingers as far as you can and then squeeze them together. Just spread them and squeeze them. Again, this is something you can do really slow, particularly if it's painful or you could practise doing this fast. So this is a simple way to bring blood flow to your hands and fingers. Also, playing piano with your fingers, that so I can feel this in my forearms. So spreading and closing, playing piano with the fingers, both of these excellent ways to keep your wrists strong. Namaste. I'm Cindy Mastry."
