"Chances are if you have done any research on cloth diapering you are pretty overwhelmed. Hi, my name is Aaron Shepherd with Austin Baby and I am going to talk about how to choose a cloth diaper. There are a few things that you will want to consider when looking at cloth diapers; your budget and your lifestyle. When thinking about your budget if you are on a really tight budget you will probably want to consider a two part system which could be the pre-folds. There are pretty easy to put on with a snappy. You don't have to use any pins with a cover or fitted with a cover and those are a little bit more economical because you are using the two part system. The cover is just barely getting damp so when you remove the dirty diaper you would actually just set the cover aside and put on a new diaper and a different cover and then when you go to change that one you can actually switch them back out so you are not washing the cover after each use and therefore not needing to buy a cover for every single diaper. If your lifestyle is more on the go then you will probably want to consider one of the all in one diapers. This puts on and takes off just like a disposable so there is no two part, no folding, no using a snappy, you just simply Velcro it. You carry them in your bag just like you would a disposable and the only difference is that you will wash them. A lot of people like the pocket diaper which has an insert that comes in and out. You would still need to wash each piece after each use however having the absorbent part come out will allow it to dry a little faster and at night you can put in two pieces or three in order to go all night without a diaper change. And then there's an option that can fit both your budget and an on the go lifestyle which is a one size diaper. With a one size diaper you typically have snaps in the front and that makes it small, medium and large and then on the inside you have either an insert that comes in and out or you have layers which you can fold to make it small, medium and large. Since you are only buying one set of diapers with the one size it is much pricier per diaper but you are not needing to purchase different sets and so that would satisfy over the long run the budget and it would also satisfy the ease of your on the go lifestyle. So looking at your budget and your lifestyle is a great way to choose a cloth diaper perfect for you. Thanks! I'm Aaron with Austin Baby."
