"One of the most basic functions to master is making and receiving phone calls. Hi, I'm Rokosz, your digital lifestyle expert, and I'm going to show you how to make and receive phone calls using your iPhone. Oh look, and Brian Moss is calling. To answer the phone it's as easy as hitting the big green answer button, and we're live with Brian. Now, with this we can listen to him on speaker phone. We could, if we were dealing with the bank, go ahead and hit the keypad, and start entering in the stupid phone chain things. Press one if you want to speak with a representative, press two if you want to hang on line for three hours. And then all we have to do here is hide the keypad, and we're back to taking the speaker off. We can put the phone on hold, and sometimes my favorite is when people are going on and on or somebody's grabbing my ear and I don't want to be rude, I can simply mute it. I also have the ability to add a call, which brings up my contact list, and I simply push the name of the person that I want to talk, and boom, you're going to find us in a conference call, which is very, very handy. So with mute, add a call, hold, contact, speaker, all at the touch of your button, it's very good. And when it's time for Brian to go bye bye, simply end the call. Now, if I want to make a call, I simply here push the keypad, and call him back. 727-555-1234, and call. And it's going to give Brian a little call there. Now, had it been his number his name would come up. And we're going to end call. It can't be easier, it can't be more straightforward. It can't be more feature-packed. It's making and receiving calls on the iPhone. I'm Rokosz, your digital lifestyle expert, saying stream you later."
