"We're going to do some defense against chucks and chuck attacking and defense. If the person swings, I can block with the chuck this way, turning it around, locking up their weapon, I can side kick them back, and then come into an attack with the other side of the chuck. So from here I block, lock, side kick, attack. Now we're going to show yo another block. If someone swinging here, I can block and hit down. Again, block, hit. Right here I'm connecting with the weapon, then coming into an attack. What you want to do is actually hit the band when someone's swinging at you. Not going to do it now, but what you would do is from here you would hit the hand and then come down and hit so they'd release their weapon. Those are some different attacks you can use with the nunchucks."
