"Welcome. Thanks for joining us. We're going to show you how to treat dry damaged hair. My name is Sylvia, your professional. So watch and see what you can learn today. Dry damaged hair is something that is very common among all of us. If you're color treated. If you have a perm. If you have a relaxer. If you have any type of chemical in your hair that breaks down the structure of the hair follicle dry damaged hair is something that might occur. So take a look at your hair, realize what the problem is, and so now let's get into how to treat it. First things first is you always want to just test the hair. You want to maybe do a little pulling and tugging just to see what the hair does. If it begins to break and it begins to shed all over the place your hair is damaged. So how to repair this? Get a very good protein conditioner. Protein will help strengthen the hair, help repair the follicle and put back strength into the hair. How do we do this? Take a brush, add some conditioner to your brush and simply paint it on. This is something that you can do at home. Paint your conditioner on. Make sure to cover every hair strand. Once you do that process take a plastic cap, a hot towel, and wrap your hair and leave it on for ten to fifteen minutes. This is going to help to open up the cuticle of the hair, allow the conditioner to penetrate and to help repair those areas. So remember dry brittle hair is something we all have a problem with. Getting to the root of the problem is the first thing we need to do. Remember that keeping the hair healthy is very important to our everyday life. So let's remember how do we treat dry damaged hair? We want to use great conditioners. We want to paint it on. We want to leave it on for ten to fifteen minutes and there we have a conditioning. Remember, visit your professional for more information. Thanks for visiting. I'm Sylvia and this is how to treat dry damaged hair."
