How come you have so much build up in your hair and how come you can't get rid of it. Well maybe it's time to deep cleanse your hair. One of the best things to use at home is vinegar. So when your in the shower take about three cap fulls of vinegar rub it in your hair. Let it sit for about twenty minutes and then voila you got nice clean hair. Remember to follow up with a deep conditioning shampoo so that you hair is not dry and brittle. This is something that I would only recommend you do every once and a while. It's not something that you want to do every week. For professional use only you should come to the salon and have a professional take a look at your hair and maybe she can suggest some more cleansing products that you can use on your hair. Throughout the summer, winter and fall we use types all kinds of products on our hair and so we should remember that a t least once a month. We need to deep cleanse our hair. So remember always follow up with a deep conditioning shampoo. Vinegar is a great way to do it yourself at home but always check with your licensed professional in the salon. My name is Sylvia Russell and this is how to deep cleanse your hair."
