"Hi and welcome, my name is Sylvia Russell and today we're going to teach you how to braid your own hair. Now listen this is something that may take practice but with a little practice you will be well on your way to being a master braider. Very simple, you are going to take three strands just like our model here. She's braiding it herself. And you are simply interchanging each strand of hair with the other. Going over and over and over until you reach the bottom. And she has created a lovely braid. Now listen it does take practice and this is something that you can do in your spare time when you have nothing else to do. All you simply do is take a group of hair strands, make sure to detangle them so that they don't get caught up in the braid. You also want to take three strands and simply overlap, overlap, overlap as such. And then you create your own braid. Very simple. Takes a little practice but I know that you can teach yourself to do it. My name is Sylvia Russell and this is how you create a braid for yourself."
