"Now we are going to go through a womens' self defense move if someone has a knife and they are holding it against you. So the person approaches you if they are already against you and they are holding the knife to your throat or coming against your chest here. You grab the hand, you hold the hand against you and you turn, locking up their hand and pulling the joint then you come in with the leg kicking the groin. Again they're holding it here, you grab the wrist, twist, come into the groin. You can also clasp the elbow here if their head is lower. You can clasp the elbow into the face or the throat. So again they're holding the knife here you clasp, kick the groin, clasp the elbow into the throat. Again, holding, twist, kick, clasp the elbow. Alright full speed. Again slow motion, grab the wrist and the hand here, see how she twists and turns my wrist, kick into the groin like a donkey kick, clasp the arm, elbow goes right into the throat. That is how you release yourself from a knife grab."
