"Hi this is Sifu Tei continuing our series on womens' self defense. We are going to show you what to do when someone grabs your arms. Grabbing arms like this, you kick the groin, clasp the elbow and come in with the bilge strike again. So the finger jab goes to the eyes or the throat. Again. Slow motion, kick the groin and you can also kick the knee, clasp the elbow over which releases his grip, jab the eyes or the throat. Fast speed. Good. That is how you get out of a double wrist grab, double arm grab. Now we're going to show you a different technique that you can use for the same type of grab. You can come in with your knee and also bring your knee up to the person's elbow, break the elbow and then kick in behind the leg. So right here you bring the knee up to the elbow and kick in behind the leg then you can clasp the elbow on the other hand. Knee, elbow, clasp. Good. That is how you get out of a grab."
