"Hi this is Sifu Tei and we are going to continue our womens' series with a wrist grab. Someone is grabbing your wrist right here, you don't fight against it you clasp the elbow into the chest and throat and then after you clasp it then you strike with a bilge strike to the eyes or to the throat so if someone is here they grab here and clasp, boom. You can also use kicks, you can grab here, kick and then clasp the elbows straight forward, bam and then jab and then strike with an elbow across here, boom. Again someone grabs, kick, elbow, strike, turn the elbow into another strike, turning elbow strike. Again. That is how you get out of a grab if someone grabs your wrist. Now we're going to show you what to do if someone is grabbing your wrist from another position. If they grab your wrist this way you can clasp the elbow over the same way and then jab with your other hand and you can also kick behind the leg or at the knee. Again clasp, jab, kick. So right away someone grabs and you have to react quickly. You can't let them tighten up their grip. If they grab you react right away, good. That is defense against grabbing the wrist."
