"Now we are going to continue our series of womens' self defense and releasing yourself from a bear hug. So if someone is grabbing you like this o'kay go. What we are going to do is first thing she does from here is elbow across here both elbows then comes in and kicks the knee. Again grabbing, elbows, knee. Good, that's how you release yourself from a bear hug. When someone first goes to grab you for a bear hug that's the best time to attack so when you see the person going and they're about to get you in a bear hug that is when you should go to attack and throw kicks to the knees and jab the eyes or jab the throat so you are not getting into that situation."
