"Hi this is Sifu Tei continuing our series on womens' self defense. We are going to go through a third type of headlock. We are going to show you this from a different angle. So this person is grabbing from the side here. What you don't want to do is you don't want to bring your leg behind my leg and sweep because what is going to happen if I fold down now, your head is going to hit the ground so you don't want to do a take down at that position. So instead you do this. Bring your arm up to the shoulder, pull down and come in with the knee. So I am going to turn a little bit to the side so you see this positioning. This hand comes up grabs the neck here, comes in with the knee striking here also you can strike the knee into the groin. You can also come into the groin with a knee strike from there and then from there once the person is releasing here you can come in with elbow strikes, eye jabs are great to throw if someone is trying to attack you. You don't need a lot of power, bring your fingers together and jab straight forward to the eyes or to the throat. It is a vulnerable area. That is how you get out of a side headlock. Show them again. Good."
