"Hi, and welcome. My name is Sylvia Russell, and I'm here today to help you fix your frizzy hair. Now, if you have thick frizzy hair, lets talk about what you can do. One of the things you should always do is shampoo and condition with a really good moisturizing shampoo. But listen, that doesn't always work. So remember, use a leave in conditioner, something that won't weigh the hair down, but help detangle, and also seal the cuticle of your hair. Also when you blow dry it, don't just blow it and use a brush and open up that cuticle back again. Get a blow dryer and put a nozzle on the top. This is similar to what you can use. And there's also a large round nozzle that you can use to help defuse your hair. And what that does, it allows only so much heat and air to come out of the blow dryer, this will cut down on frizzies. And also, use palmate, a mouse, a silkening agent, something that can help attach itself to your hair, and control those frizzies. Last but not least, if you're going to flat iron, make sure to protect the hair with a silkening shine spray, or a silk that you can actually use and leave in the hair. These things will be very helpful, to helping you to control your frizz. My name is Slyvia, and this is how you control frizz."
