"You know, throughout everyday life, we're all going to incur minor cuts and bruises. Hi, I'm Captain Joe Bruni, and what I'm going to talk about is how to treat a bruise naturally. Bruises can occur on any part of the body; however, if it occurs on some type of extremity, like the arm or leg, the first step would be to elevate that portion of the body. Then, apply some type of cold compress or ice pack, even if it's just ice wrapped up in some type of cloth, like a washcloth, to that area, to help reduce swelling and pain. Ice should be applied at twenty-minute intervals; twenty minutes on, twenty minutes off, so as to avoid any damage to tissue. After a few days, some type of arnica cream or lotion can be purchased and placed over the area. This will homeopathic type of procedure will help the healing process. A few days of the anrica lotion or cream application, and then it's time to move on to some type of heat compress, to help break down the damaged blood vessels, and get them to be absorbed by the body. How to treat the bruise naturally using homeopathic techniques is the goal here. I'm Captain Joe Bruni. Stay safe, and we'll see ya' next time."
