"You know, few things can cause as much frustration as the bite of the common mosquito. Hi, I'm Captain Joe Bruni, and what I'm going to talk about is how to treat and stop the itch from the common mosquito bite. There are many methods to treat the area of the common mosquito bite to stop the itching and discomfort; however, some of the most common are to first wash the affected site with soap and water, and then apply something like a paste made out of baking soda and water to the bite areas, calamine lotion, or even applying something as simple as liquid soap or bar soap to the area can help alleviate the pain and the itch from the common mosquito bite. Common mosquito bites can last a few days, with the annoying itch process; however, keep in mind, do not scratch the affected area, as opening the area by scratching over and over can opened up a secondary infection route. Treat the area with a paste of common baking soda, rubbing soap on it, or even calamine lotion, to slow down the process and help eliminate the itch. I'm Captain Joe Bruni. Stay safe, and we'll see ya' next time."
