"Hello, I'm Russ Handler with another tip on how to plan that perfect Bat Mitzvah. Well, you are probably thinking to yourself what on earth would you know about buying that special dress for that special girl, on that special day. Well, I will admit, I don't wear dresses so I wouldn't know. But I can tell you this, this is the most special day of her life religiously and symbolically thus far. So, the dress should certainly be beautiful. It should be certainly something she looks good in. But keep in mind, it should also be very comfortable. It should look good not only during the ceremony. But into and beyond the party afterwards as well. So make sure you have a good balance between form and function. It should look pretty, but should be comfortable enough for her to get down and boogie with her friends during the celebration. Another thing to keep in mind, you might want to consider something along the lines of her theme. If her theme is baseball, well of course you're not going to put her in a baseball outfit. But you might want to just put a little bit of a touch here and there that does lend itself to the theme. Specifically in color coordination. I always like to see a pretty blue and white dress. The colors of Hanukkah. And then when you show up and you're thinking about how beautiful she looked during the ceremony. When you get to the ceremony afterwards, you see beautiful blue and white table settings, and it matches her dress. I love that. That's a great tip. I'm Russ Handler. And that's just a little bit of how you want to choose a Bat Mitzvah dress."
