"Hello, I'm Russ Handler and a very good day to you. Now, I want to talk about keeping kosher during Passover. Now this could be tricky business, and I don't want to upset Mr. Marzel over here, so I'm going to read directly from the article next to us so that we can get this right. Because, if you take this seriously, you're going to have to read this article several times and take note. Jewish dietary laws prohibit practicing Jews to eat, own, or derive any benefits from chametz, which is prohibited food, during Passover. The process of avoiding the outlawed substance can be pretty tricky and very complex to anyone new to Judaism. Now, I want to include that this not only means certain foods, but it also means make-up as well. So, those foods which are prohibited are oats, spelt, rye, barley, and anything as well derived from a substance made of wheat. These things all have to go from the house. Now, in keeping kosher during this holiday season, you'll want to have lots of cleaning supplies to make sure that everything is very clean. You'll want to sequester these foods. You might want to consider giving them to neighbors, throwing them away altogether, or in more practical sense, with the economy these days, you may just want to put them in a storage bin and hide them under somebody's bed. In the meantime, keeping kosher can be very tricky at times, so I do suggest that you read this article with lots of care. From me and Mr. Marzel, here's to keeping kosher and I look forward to seeing you in Temple."
