"I'm often asked, why did you become a motivational speaker? and I'd like to say, that I'm still becoming a motivational speaker. I feel like I'm not completely there yet. I'm still learning. I'm still growing, but the reason I pursue it, and the reason I really want to excel at it, and I want to one day speak on a really, really big level, in front of literally thousands of people at one time, is because I feel like I can make a difference in someone's life, and I think that that probably was the initial catalyst, to getting me to do it. Meaning, I was able to help a few people, a few agents build a better life, build a better business, and then they told other agents, and I felt like I could actually make a difference in people's lives, but not just being in real estate, but helping them with some basic precepts about how to have a calm mind, how to look at things from a logical point of view, and how to be able to succeed in the face of adversity, and then how to really look at adversity, and say, I can take this on, and I can succeed, and I can persist in the times of trouble, and trial, and tribulation, and I think that that feeling alone, that desire inside of me to affect the difference in the lives of others, to be committed, committed, really committed, to helping change the lives for the better, for everyone you come in contact to, I think is the way to do it, and I think that I still have that drive today. I know I've only been doing this for about three and a half years, but I have that drive in a sense that, in a way that I've never had it before. That my desire is bigger and better than it's ever been, in an attempt to reach more people, and help them see the way."
