"And one of the questions that I've heard often is. What is a motivational speaker? And I think, I think in my case a motivational speaker is someone who sort of combines giving knowledge to the people that I'm speaking to. But also motivating them to move in that direction. And having them have a better attitude towards, not just their business but their life also. After they leave the speech or the event or the seminar that I'm, that I'm doing. It's, it's kind of vague to look at a question like, what is a motivational speaker? And think. Well how can we describe that? And I think, more than anything. It's one thing that is a personal answer to each motivational speaker. You look like a general like Anthony Robins. Who could truly be considered motivational speaker. In the sense, that he works on your mind and your ability to handle things. But then again, her does have the clinical side of what he does. Which is helping you get over issues that are. That might be holding you back. That type of thing. And it's the same thing with me. Since my field is Real Estate. I like to think that. What I am, as a motivational speaker. Someone who can help augment their life in Real Estate and also get them to move forward. Because just learning the information is not enough. But needing to motivate them. To have that better life, to go out and pursue those things. That we've taught them how to do. Is I think, what makes the difference. So that would be my description of what a motivational speaker is."
