"Hi, I'm Melissa Maggiore with Alessi Bakeries in Tampa Florida. I'm going to be showing you how to actually attach your middle tier of your wedding cake to the bottom tier. After you have removed your actual corrugated board from around your second tier, you're actually going to place it on this bottom tier support. You will need some corn syrup. You're just going to put a small bead of corn syrup around the center of your column support. You will also see there's going to be a small little nub on the top of your actual support plate. This is what the corrugated board is going to actually lock into when we actually place this on. Basically what we need to do, is just sit that right in the center, adjust it with your hand, push it all the way to the other side until it meets that side of the cake and is straight right in the middle of your bottom tier, and right in the middle of your bottom support. Then you're going to take a small spatula, and just push down on it until you hear a little snap, and then it's locked into place. And basically that's how you would actually input your second tier of your wedding cake on your bottom tier. My name is Melissa Maggiore with Alessi Bakeries in Tampa Florida."
