"Hi! My name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside Yoga. I'm here to talk to you, a little about Power Yoga. Power Yoga was coined probably about twentyyears ago. Based on the the system of Ashtanga Yoga. And power Yoga is a style of Yoga that invokes strength and flexibility and heat and power. Through the physical practice of performing Aasanas. So you find yourself moving from posture to the next. It might get your heart rate up. It will definitely get you breathing. And then, you may find yourself holding postures for a little longer. Which helps produce the strength and the awareness of each specific posture. So power Yoga is just a, is just a catch off phrase, you may find yourself doing. Some movement postures, some strengthening postures. A combination of both. It will definitely get your blood circulating. It will definitely get you breathing. And make your muscles strong and flexible. So that's Power Yoga."
