"Hi! My name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside Yoga. And I'm here today to tell you a little bit about Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini is known as the base energy that lies dormant at the root of the spine. And it can be awakened by a Kundalini master. Through body work, through initiation. But it's also a style of Yoga that is practiced by trained and certified Kundalini Yoga teachers. To find one, in your are, you might to d website search. Or look in your phone book for Kundalini Yoga. But in essence, Kundalini Yoga is a little different from other styles of Hathi Yoga. In the fact, that it is, it's derived from different types of Kriyas or different types of physical postures. That you find, repetitive movements. You're actually trying to waken this internal heat and this internal energy and power, within you. And the postures might look, something like this. As you do your postures, you may also engage in different breath practices to raise your internal heat. And to experience that internal energy within you. So Kundalini is a base energy but is also a style of Yoga that helps to initiate that root energy. And that's Kundalini Yoga."
