"Hi, I'm Melissa Maggiore with Alessi Bakeries in Tampa, Florida. I'm going to be talking about when it is OK to call and confirm all the arrangements on your wedding cake. After all the balances have been paid and all your delivery notes have been made, your cake flavors have been chosen, your wedding design have been chosen. There might be a lapse of time in between the actual end of the planning and when the cake is due to arrive at the facility. You might have a thirty day window, a sixty day window, or a ninety day window. Always call to confirm all the details at least maybe ten to fourteen days before the actual wedding date. Go over all the details again with the designer. Make sure everything has been ordered and put into place. Make sure all the details are the same as they were the sixty days before when you had actually placed the order. Make sure your delivery times are the same. Make sure you know who your drivers are. Just confirm everything up. Make sure everything is on schedule. Make sure everything is the way you need it to be. And then again, you could also call and confirm the day before or the day of just to make sure that everything is on schedule again. It is OK to call your baker, call the bakery, several times, maybe two or three just to confirm that everything is on schedule. Again, I'm Melissa Maggiore with Alessi Bakeries."
