"Hi. I am Melissa Maggiore with Alessi Bakeries in Tampa, Florida. I'm here to talk to you today about how reducing some of your cake costs for your wedding cake. A lot of people might have a large guest count for their wedding day. So maybe you need to 200, 250, 300 people. That could be a great expense when it comes to actually designing, putting your cake together. Maybe you would want to reduce the cake size, make it more of a traditional three or four tier cake. Only to serve maybe 75 or 100 or maybe 150. And then you can compliment your wedding cake with a full sheet cake on the side or maybe some smaller little satellite cakes that might not be so costly. It is very cost efficient if you would do a full sheet cake to have in the back. That would feed an additional 100 to 120 guests and it most certainly would cut back on your cake cost. Most wedding cakes are costed out per serving by what you put in it and how it's designed. A sheet cake on the other hand is going to be more of a single base price for a base dollar of amount. So it would be a lot less and more cost friendly for you and for your budget. And again I am Melissa Maggiore with Alessi Bakeries in Tampa, Florida."
