"This is a remote desktop application, it's actually an open source which we have all of our servers at our hosting facility, and we can remotely manage those from here, which is cool. Well the one that sticks out to me the most is Google. You do a lot of web research, a lot of search engine usage, you do a lot of looking on forums, and this is more geared toward...because a lot of times when you need to use a tool it's to solve a problem, or to do research on a certain product or technology, so a lot of web searching. Software, of course, depending on like managing desktops and servers you want to use a lot of management software depending on how organized you are, you want to have some kind of help desk ticketing system, some kind of software that funnels the requests or tasks in a manageable fashion. People, past jobs, if you have an issue, you have people on hand that you can call and say "Hey man", friends that are past colleagues or whatever and ask them "Hey, have you seen this before", whatever. Yeah, so computers, the web a lot, software, people resources. I don't know if this is a tool but technology conferences, training, in-class training for you or your staff to get abreast on a certain aspect of whatever technology you're looking at."
