"Hi, my name is Ashley Ludman from Seaside Yoga, here to tell you little bit about Pilates Equipment. So first of all if you've chosen to pursue Pilates in a mat type of format, you will find that different types of equipment helps you within your Yoga, or your Pilates practice. So this is the Pilates Ring and it can provide stability and resistance to target specific muscles when you're working to engage the shoulders and the chest, or even placing it between the inner thighs and squeezing the legs so the inner thighs get a workout and get tone, just as much everything else. This is a Roller and oftentimes, I find that at the end of the, a mat class, I'm going to roll out some tension within my muscles so that, so that I'm detoxifying and loosening up all the places that I originally strengthened and contracted. So a Roller will help you do that. And this is a ball that's you'll see using in various types of fitness activities, it's called a physio ball and we use this in Pilates workouts as well, it provides challenge with stability and balance and coordination in that way. And there's other type of Pilates equipment that you might find beneficial, different types of weighted balls to increase the work and the leverage of the traditional mat work, the mat exercises you may use in different types of mat classes. So this is just a general cap of, recap of Pilates equipment. Thanks for joining me."
