"So how do you measure your actual stride when you are running? There is something that is called over striding and correct striding. So when you are using your foot placement as you are running you want to make sure that you are running in a way that is not over extending yourself, you are not over striding. So we can demonstrate what that looks like. So the running motion I just did was an example of over striding where you are over extending your leg two far forward and what that does is it gives you a sense of imbalance as a runner and you are less efficient in your overall running form. So when you are running away whereby your legs are coming way out like that then what that tells you is that you are very very inefficient and you need to really focus on proper running form."
