"Hi, my name is Tyler Real. I'm a professional motocross racer from Portland Oregon. I'm here today to talk to you about how to train for motocross. Once you've all ready learned to ride a motorcycle, you may decide you might want to start racing motocross. First of all, nothing replaces actually riding the bike. But when you're not riding, physical training is very important, just like any other sport. Motocross is a very grueling and demanding sport, and can take a toll on the body during the race. So get in the gym and do some weight training and flexibility exercises. To summarize everything, ride as much as you can, do your cardiovascular activities, your weight training, your flexibility and watch what you eat."
