"First type of binding I'm going be talking to you about is what's known as a strap binding. This is your traditional binding and it looks very similar to this, but a few differences with it. It has a bone out strap which is fully adjustable, at both ends to compromise the various feet lengths that it fits. It has a toe strap that just goes over the top of your feet again fully adjustable to accommodate all sizes of feet. It has a high back on it that might have a forward lean device which gives you a better control on your heel side edged. Some people remove it like I do. It's all your preferences. It also has this plate. Some come integrated, some are three hole, some are four hole. In this case this one is integrated. This gets inserted into the hole in the middle of the binding. On this plate here it has arrows. What you want to do is put that plate in there and line the arrows up to your corresponding angles and mount."
