"We're going to start working on our shrimp but first we're going to take our garlic before it burns. We're going to add that straight in, and toss it around with our mixture here. Alright, we'll set this aside. We're going to fill up our water and we're going to let that boil for our shrimp and while we're waiting for that to go, we're going to cut our cilantro. We're going to bunch it up nice and tightly together. I'm using the middle of the knife. We'll go across it once We'll turn it and do the same thing again. And then we'll bunch it and we'll use the back part of the knife, because most people use from here up, so this should be the sharpest. We're going to put our hand flat and then go across, and this will not only chop cilantro or parsley or any herb like this a lot faster, but it will do it a lot quieter. Alright once you're done chopping our cilantro we're going to go ahead and drop our shrimp into our water and we're going to cook it until it starts to turn pink."
