"So it has only been about a minute as you can see and this sauce is nice and thick. Sso I'm going to go ahead and pull our asparagus out and place this along the bottom of our plate. And we are leaving the shrimp for last because when the sauce starts to reduce down to nothing we really want it to stick to these shrimp. So for our crunch we are going to add our onion and they should be nice and fragrant even though we are not really cooking them at all. We are going to scoop our shrimp and place them over our asparagus and give our onions one final toss and then we are going to take out our red pepper mayonnaise and give it a nice stir and then well just place some dollops of it right around the edges of the plate. So here we are our ginger shrimp with onions, asparagus and red pepper mayonnaise."
