"Now we're going to go ahead and make our breading for our shrimp. What we want is some soft butter, this butter is not quite yet soft so we're going to take half a stick and we're going to go ahead and slightly melt that. Get our bowl, we're going to measure out half a cup of bread crumbs, we're going to do half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper, half a teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of salt, third of a cup of sherry, we're going to add our garlic and then we're going to check on our butter. So this is not quite done melting yet so I'm going to take that back and let them cook up the rest of the way and I'm going to continue to stir, until they're all blended together."
