"We are going to move our oil around the bottom of the pan to make sure that it has covered all sides and we are going to flip our chicken over just one more time to make sure that the flour is covering parts of it and then we are going to dump it into our oil. While we are waiting for our chicken to cook we are going to go and slice a half a red onion and then we will go and chop it into very small pieces. Once that is done we will grab two cloves of garlic and we are going to look for our brown end and cut that off and discard it and we'll do that to both pieces and then we'll go over them one more time to make sure that there are no big chunks."
