"We are going to talk about stopping on ice if you have to. If it's really light ice like it's kind of slushy you will be able to stop you just have to dig your heel in a lot more but the harder that ice is the harder it is going to be to stop and I would say if it gets really bad you're just going to have to try to keep your edge in there as hard as you can. Angle your board up a lot and just stay on your back. That is probably your best way. But ice is really dangerous because you will fall a lot harder when you try to save yourself so you have got to definitely look out for that ice. It is covered. Sometimes you'll see it and sometimes you won't but those are the dangers if you stop on ice. You've got to make sure that if it is really slick and you are going really fast you have got to look ahead of that ice patch and figure out if you are going to fly into a tree or say someone else because that does happen a lot and just try and calculate how fast you will be going at the end of that."
