"This is how to fall. Try not to stop on your toes. Once again there's no rules, no guidelines, this isn't baseball. You just do whatever feels right. I'm going to show you what to do here so you do not get hurt and catch your heel edge and send yourself flying backwards, that's not good. If you feel like you are going to fall facing up the hill, try to get your knees down like I did but depending on how fast you are going and how fast the fall is use your arms and put your arms in the air and don't try to use your wrists. You can do this too, just go like that and take it all with your body. That's probably the best way. Make sure your board is up like this."
