"This is stopping on your heel edge and if you are going to fall what not to do so you don't hurt yourself or do anything else really bad like you can mess up your snowboard too. But what you definitely do not want to do is if you are going to fall, put your wrist or put your arm straight back and try to put all your weight on it by trying to save yourself, do not do that because that is not going to work. You go really fast snowboarding and you'll probably break your arm. You also don't want to fall back and try to lay down. You have got to watch your head. When you are falling keep your head up, do not put it back, put your arms straight out. Do not try to slide into a tree or anything like that because it probably won't work but try to keep all your limbs close in and take everything with equal impact and that's the right way to do it. The wrong way to do it is keep your arms straight out and put your fingers straight out."
