"This is how to take a fall when you are trying to stop your first few times on your heel edge. I am going to show you what to do and what not to do. If you are just going to slide out on your heel edge try taking it with your butt. If you are going really fast try to use your arms and everything just like that but I will show you what not to do is do something like this and put your arms straight back behind you in a messed up way and your wrists because you will just end up breaking your arm or spraining your wrist or something like that or spraining your fingers. Do something else here. If you have to slide out, if I were going fast I would have slid around. Try to keep you arms in closer to your body and that way you don't mess up your elbows as well as make sure you keep your board in the snow so you can stop, not just slide down the hill on your pants. If you keep your edge in there you will definitely slow down."
