"Hi, my name is Dowell. In our previous section, we rinsed the vehicle, so it's now wet. We've removed all the loose dirt, mud, grime from the vehicle, and I'm going to start washing it. I'm going to use a mitt here. To begin, I've got my soap and lubricant on the mitt, and I'm going to start washing the vehicle, from top to bottom. A taller vehicle like this, I've got a step stool here, so that I can get up here, and work on section one, for me, which is the windshield. I'm just going to continue to wash back and forth, go under different areas, and be able to cover every part of the vehicle, at this point. My soap is cleaning, and I don't want to go too far, without getting back here into my bucket, where I'm going to rinse this, again to dislodge any rocks or crumbs. Dip back into my soap solution, and then just continue to move across the vehicle. I don't want to go too far, without stopping and rinsing, however. After I've completed the front half of this car, I'm going to rinse it again. Make sure the car's still wet. I don't ever want to wash a dry surface, and I'm going to continually move around the vehicle. Larger vehicles like this, I've got a brush here. It allows me to go up to the tall areas. Between my ladder and my brush, I can get the tops. This allows me to get under ski racks, under bike racks. A lot of today's cars have, the SUV's have racks in different areas, but I want to clean under that, so that that dirt when I rinse the vehicle, doesn't come back down on the clean car, so you can't ignore the top of the vehicle, and again, that's why we start at the top, and we work our way down. Now, that I've soaked this up, washed it good, I'm going to rinse it, top to bottom again, and then we'll go on to the next steps."
