"Okay, my name is Dowell, and we are going to talk about now using the proper tools to actually wash your vehicle. There's a couple of ways to do it. If you've got a small vehicle and there's no problem reaching around, my favorite is a wash mitt. You put it in, you know you slip your hand in, it gives you a full control of where you are covering the car. How you are moving across the vehicle, the areas you are covering and really get into nooks and crannies. And it moves pretty fast. You always want to remember no matter what you are using you always want to rinse your washing tool before you put the soap back on again to the get the debris off so we don't damage the car. A bigger car or vehicle like I'm working on here with this truck might require a brush. I could actually and particularly in cold weather, I like the brush because it allows me the option of getting more reach, getting up to high and hard to reach places and it also keeps my hands out of the cold water. We can cover this, you want to make sure you use a brush that has very soft bristles. Hard bristle brush is going to scratch or damage the vehicle and again remember always rinse and make sure you've got the proper amount of soap when you are using these tools so you don't scratch the paint or clear coat on your car."
